Prepare for your visit
Arrive hydrated, bring water and wear loose, comfortable clothing. A sauna suit is provided. Remove jewelry and avoid lotions, oils and spray tans before your appointment.
Suitability
Discuss your health with the team before booking. The current site calls for medical advice if pregnant, unwell or under medical care, and lists restrictions including dehydration, intoxication, open wounds, severe sunburn, eye conditions, heat stroke, serious illness and recent injuries.
Sessions and pricing
The published introductory visit starts at $55 and a regular single visit at $60, for up to 60 minutes. Ask about packages and memberships after the first visit.
